The treatment is split into two elements:
Pre (before): is specific to warming of the muscles and making the body ready for exercise.

Swedish massage is a commonly known massage and is the template of all massages including Hot Stone and Deep Tissue. Its purpose is to relax muscles and helps to reduce stress using a variety of techniques.
Swedish massage is also recommended as part of an emotional and physical stress reduction treatment program. Swedish massage will also stimulate the “body and mind” by stimulating the skin and nerves helping you to feel very relaxed and rejuvenated. With the use of Swedish massage, the therapist will increase the oxygen flow in blood and muscles, helping you to relax, unlike Deep Tissue, where the “knots” that you may have are worked on. The aim is to relax you and deal with the stresses you may have, but not work on specific problems.
